Lobstering Business Group - exploring the lobster industry from ocean to plate; seeking viable and sustainable economic alternatives to the current status quo
Community Cookbook interviews with Vinalhaven elders to discover and record recipes and stories about food and food processing prior to the convenience of grocery stores
Service Learning community needs assessment project - building a database of community organizations and their service needs to be used by teachers and students for future service learning projects
