Gabe contemplates how things work
Gabe McPhail works for the ARC as Book–keeper, Grant Writer, Kitchen Manager, Cook, Program Developer, and Promotions Point Person. Occasionally she works behind the counter at the Café, making lattes and wiping counters. Gabe has over 15 years experience working in the non-profit sustainable ag sector with organizations including CEI and Maine Farmland Trust. For twelve years she worked as a graphic designer and marketer for over 200 small-scale Maine farms. Gabe is passionate about food systems, in particular food access and sustainable agriculture. She's an avid pony-person and is often seen hanging with her 10 year-old Welsh Cob, Zane.
Gabe has worked with The ARC since 2008.
