What are you growing?
Growing herbs: at this point mainly, thyme, oregano, lemon balm, sage, rosemary, basil, parsley, chives and dill.
What farming practices do you use and why?
I use permaculture methods because it's working with nature by creating diverse, resilient and stable food systems.
What inspires you to farm?
I'm inspired by being able to eat healthy, wholesome, locally grown food.
What is your favorite fruit/vegetable and why?
That's a hard one because I like so many but I've been getting into eating steamed or sautéed stinging nettles.
